1. Services

WondrOne provides software development services including but not limited to website development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, and ongoing maintenance & support ("Services"). The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each engagement will be outlined in a project proposal, quotation, or statement of work agreed upon with the client.

2. Orders & Payments

• Pricing for any project is quoted individually based on scope, and shared with you before work begins.
• For custom projects, we may require an upfront deposit (typically 40-50%) before starting work, with the balance due on milestones or delivery.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Project Timelines

Delivery timelines mentioned on our website or in proposals are estimates. Actual timelines may vary depending on project complexity, client responsiveness (feedback, content, approvals), and scope changes. We will communicate proactively about any delays.

4. Revisions & Scope Changes

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Requests beyond the agreed scope or revisions may be treated as a change request and billed separately at our standard rates.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full and final payment, ownership of the final deliverables (source code, designs) created specifically for your project transfers to you, except for any third-party libraries, frameworks, stock assets, or pre-existing tools/components we use, which remain licensed under their respective terms. We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, content, credentials, and approvals required for us to complete the project. Delays caused by incomplete or delayed inputs from your side may affect delivery timelines and are not our responsibility.

7. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality, thoroughly tested work. However, our services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WondrOne Global (OPC) Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website and services may integrate or link to third-party services (e.g. Google AdSense for advertising, hosting providers, analytics tools). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice. In such cases, the client is liable to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
